We went to the new tasting room for Bluegrass Distillery today. It’s in Midway, KY in a fully resorted mansion built in 1835. An amazing experience in such a spectacular setting. The tasting experience was perfection with our tour guide Sean. He was extremely knowledgeable of not only their spirits but also the home and surroundings. We’ve been to many distilleries on the bourbon trail. Bluegrass ranks at the top of our favorites.
