I brought my Ford edge in today to fix the mistake of another mechanic, and Bluegrass Auto Body got me in and out and absolutely no time, great customer service, I highly recommend this business for anyone who needs repairs or work done on.

I should start with saying that I'm extremely picky with my vehicles. Minor flaws drive me nuts, and I've never really been fully satisfied with any body shop in the past. The level of service that this place provides is absolutely unbelievable. One word to sum this place up, professionalism. Kris Riffe, was the gentleman who did an outstanding job walking me through the estimate and the cost analysis. He helped guide me through the headache of using another driver’s insurance, and made the whole process make sense. HIGHLY RECOMMENDED. The car looks great! Don't hesitate to take your vehicle here, even if you're as picky as me. Work done: Replaced Bumper and Lower Bumper Cover When I pointed out I didn't have the trunk sticker protector, Kris was able to get back to me within 24 hours and scheduled to swing by the shop to get it put on.

Took my Toyota Highlander in to replace a broken drivers side mirror. I purchased the mirror online but didn't want to put it on myself. The estimator Kris Riffe came out to take a look and said he could do it on the spot. Less than 30 minutes later it was fixed and works perfectly! Awesome, honest, and quality service.
