BLG Realty Group

As first time home buyers, having a Realtor who would not only guide us through the home buying experience, but also educate us on the nuances especially given the current housing market was important to us. Charon was all that and more! She not only helped us find a home in our preferred location, but she was very patient with us the entire journey, she always took the time to explain our options with every property, and would follow it up with educational materials (especially helpful tips for negotiating in the current market), even keeping up with interest rates and housing trends in our choice areas, so we know the right time to make offers. Outside of her extensive real estate experience, Charon is also a wonderful individual and a joy to work with. I would definitely recommend working with her for your real estate needs!

I have know Charon for years both as a client and as well as an attorney and real estate agent. In everything she does, she exudes professionalism and excellence. I have always felt confident in referring her to my contacts

I meet Charon at a time of my life when I didn’t know or had a clue of my option when it came to my home. She is a life saver and angel. She made my experience and transition flawless. Thank you so much
