I ordered a blended caramel Truffle with an extra shot, and it was delivered with no whipped cream, not as pictured, and it tasted like dirt and burnt… I also ordered a Hot Mocha and it tastes like dirt chalk, it’s also separating and looks awful… I also got a bagel… but it comes with no cream cheese and but they give you a knife to spread the non existent cream cheese… I am so disappointed and unsatisfied… the way my order came was Disappointing and Disgusting…

I'm a regular here, love the staff and love the variety of options (especially for folks who aren't the biggest coffee fans but still want caffeine!) Definitely recommend trying out their frozen fuels! They're a great way to beat the heat lately too!! (My fav baristas are the guy with the curly hair and the girl with the red hair and cool fine line tattoos!! But everyone is so cool and friendly that it's hard to not love them all!!)

Restaurant staff are rude. Walked in there this morning and they were immediately ignoring me no acknowledgment when I walked through the door not even a smile. The girl at the front just walked away didn’t even say anything. I was picking up someone else’s food, but I will not come back because of that one experience. Even when handed the bag, the person never said one word to me

Definitely my go to place to get coffee every morning when I dont make a pot myself. The Carmel Blondie Blended yum 😋 The staff is always super friendly and nice. Also the app is super easy to order from on the mornings that I dont want to anywhere and have it delivered. Always super quick too never takes longer then 20 minutes from the time I order to the time its in my hand.

I absolutely love this coffee shop! Each time I have stopped for coffee I have been helped by friendly and approachable staff. Both hot and cold coffee drinks have tasted amazing! I will definitely continue to treat myself to a Black Rock coffee on trips to Eugene.
