Con Artist and Thief

CONSUMERS BEWARE! Tony Reybol/Bing Bing Solutions is a con artist and thief. He has stolen $2,200 from me. He was paid this amount in cash to build a new deck for me at my home. I took him as a referral from the painter that painted my house. Painters name is Rob Kener/A Affordable Painting - license #CCB 199990. I paid Tony $1,400 for materials and $600 for a down on the labor. He came over 1 day to take off some of my surface deck and he drove off. Worked 2 hours. Then he texted me he could not begin on our agreed time to start. He said he would come by the next day to drop off materials. Instead he came over and staged a fake fall on my property. Claimed he struck a sharp rock on his knee. There were no marks, scratches, or blood on his knee. I did not see this so-called fall. He put on quite a crazy act. Later I received a text from him saying that the ER doctor was taking him off work for 2 to 3 weeks. In that same text he asked me to put $89 in an envelope for him and put it under my mat on porch-??? He had already been paid as agreement was written. At this point I looked up his background and found his business was permanently closed and he had no license. There were also reviews from others explaining how he stole their money also and used injuries as an excuse not to work. On a hunch I called the painter that referred Tony and found he was at the painters house working on his deck. No injury. Got Tony on the phone and told him I wanted a full refund of my money. He said ok. I told him to come to my house the next morning at 8:45 am. He agreed. He did not show. Called the painter back and found Tony was again there working on painters deck. The painter said he would talk to Tony and make him promise to call me. Tony did not contact me. Finally 2 days later I get a deranged text from Tony telling me he wanted to return my materials and keep the $600 hundred for his labor-?? He had worked 2 hours. He never purchased materials. When I asked him prior for a proof of purchase, he sent me a Home Depot cart full of items, but no proof of purchase. He also claimed in his last text that he had sent me emails to keep me posted. He never did. I told him in court he would have to produce those emails appropriately dated. I told him the court would also ask for proof of admittance to the ER he was claiming he went to after his staged fall. He gave no response to me other than he said he had documentation. I gave him 24 hours to return my money. That was on 8/15/24. No money has been returned and no communication from him either. Tony displays the affable personality that cons use. There are many other parts of this story which fully proves he is a liar. Too many to list. I am now out $2,200. This has been a very painful, stressful experience for both myself and my husband. And it is not over yet. Now we have to follow through with all the necessary reports to police, civil court and the CCB. Please readers, do not allow yourself to fall prey to this con. I am writing this with the hope of sparing others this horrific ordeal. Antonio Reybol is operating with no license under the company name Bing Bing Solutions. He may try to operate under other names also. Please take notice of this review in order to protect yourself. View the other reviews I mentioned on Google Reviews for Bing Bing Solutions.

Bing Bing Solutions/Owner/ Antonio Reybol

Antonio Reybol has stolen $2,200 from me. I paid him cash to build a new deck at my home. $1,400 for materials and $600 for a down on labor. He worked 2 hours. Filled his truck with part of my deck and drove off. He did not keep his agreed start time on the project after that. Instead he stopped by just long enough to fake a fall on my property. Said he fell on a sharp rock. on his knee. No scratch, no sign of blood or any kind of mark at all. Later he sent me a text saying the doctor was putting him on bedrest and he couldn't work for 2 to 3 weeks. In that same text he asked me to put $89 under my front mat so his brother could pick that up. He had already been paid according to our agreement, which I have record of. At this point I looked up his background and found reviews of others he had stolen money from. They described the same behaviour, using injury as an excuse not to work. And the final outcome with these reviewers is that he NEVER returned again, keeping their money. At this point I just wanted my money back. I called the Painter who referred Tony and found that he was building the Painter a deck. No injury at all. I talked to him on the phone and told him I wanted a full refund. He said he could do that. He said he still had my money and had not purchased any materials. I told him to be at my house the next day at 8:45. He agreed. He did not come. Called the painter back, and Tony was still working there. The painter then became angry with me. I told him I was trying to bet my money back, and he insisted Tony would not screw me. The next day the painter texted me and told me he had made Tony promise he would settle with me. Of course he didn't. Instead he send me a deranged text saying he wanted to return materials and keep $600 for his labor. Like I said. He worked 2 hours. I told him no deal. I would only accept my full reimbursement of my 2,200. He then sent some rambling irrational texts claiming he had sent me emails keeping me posted. He hadn't. I explained to him that emails are dated and if needed as evidence in court, he would not be able to fake these. I said also he would be asked to present proof of admittance to the ER he claimed he visited after his fake fall at my home. He did not reply. I gave him 24 hours to return my cash. He did not. No message of any kind. I have been robbed of a large sum of money. There are many other details to this story also which illustrates his dishonesty. He is a liar and a thief. He is also working without a license. His so-called Bing Bing Solutions company has been permanently closed. Please readers. Do not trust this man. He has caused me great distress and he absolutely does not care about hurting others. He displays a charming personality, which is typical of con artists. That is how they work. Do not let this man near you or your property. This has been a truly painful experience for me. Do not take a chance with him regardless of his smooth talking. HE IS a full blown con-artist and thief.
