Con Artist and Thief

CONSUMERS BEWARE! Tony Reybol/Bing Bing Solutions is a con artist and thief. He has stolen $2,200 from me. He was paid this amount in cash to build a new deck for me at my home. I took him as a referral from the painter that painted my house. Painters name is Rob Kener/A Affordable Painting - license #CCB 199990. I paid Tony $1,400 for materials and $600 for a down on the labor. He came over 1 day to take off some of my surface deck and he drove off. Worked 2 hours. Then he texted me he could not begin on our agreed time to start. He said he would come by the next day to drop off materials. Instead he came over and staged a fake fall on my property. Claimed he struck a sharp rock on his knee. There were no marks, scratches, or blood on his knee. I did not see this so-called fall. He put on quite a crazy act. Later I received a text from him saying that the ER doctor was taking him off work for 2 to 3 weeks. In that same text he asked me to put $89 in an envelope for him and put it under my mat on porch-??? He had already been paid as agreement was written. At this point I looked up his background and found his business was permanently closed and he had no license. There were also reviews from others explaining how he stole their money also and used injuries as an excuse not to work. On a hunch I called the painter that referred Tony and found he was at the painters house working on his deck. No injury. Got Tony on the phone and told him I wanted a full refund of my money. He said ok. I told him to come to my house the next morning at 8:45 am. He agreed. He did not show. Called the painter back and found Tony was again there working on painters deck. The painter said he would talk to Tony and make him promise to call me. Tony did not contact me. Finally 2 days later I get a deranged text from Tony telling me he wanted to return my materials and keep the $600 hundred for his labor-?? He had worked 2 hours. He never purchased materials. When I asked him prior for a proof of purchase, he sent me a Home Depot cart full of items, but no proof of purchase. He also claimed in his last text that he had sent me emails to keep me posted. He never did. I told him in court he would have to produce those emails appropriately dated. I told him the court would also ask for proof of admittance to the ER he was claiming he went to after his staged fall. He gave no response to me other than he said he had documentation. I gave him 24 hours to return my money. That was on 8/15/24. No money has been returned and no communication from him either. Tony displays the affable personality that cons use. There are many other parts of this story which fully proves he is a liar. Too many to list. I am now out $2,200. This has been a very painful, stressful experience for both myself and my husband. And it is not over yet. Now we have to follow through with all the necessary reports to police, civil court and the CCB. Please readers, do not allow yourself to fall prey to this con. I am writing this with the hope of sparing others this horrific ordeal. Antonio Reybol is operating with no license under the company name Bing Bing Solutions.
