Bill Allard REALTOR® RE/MAX GOLD DRE# 01330841

Wood truly sets Bill apart is his genuine care for his clients. He took the time to get to know me making us feel like more than just another transaction. His friendly demeanor and positive attitude made the entire experience enjoyable.

I have bought 2 homes and sold 1 home with Bill. He is great and very on top of everything. Buying/selling a home is very stressful and Bill took a lot of that stress off of me. I would recommend anyone i know to Bill!

Just bought my first house and what an experience! My realtor was Bill Allard and was he awesome! Let’s start from the beginning. He was very patient with us and had our best interest at hand. Once we found the house that we loved Bill was very aggressive and worked fast to get us that house. He answered are million questions that we had a long the way and was always available to us when we needed him. Overall, Bill Allard made are experience very pleasant. Thanks again Bill!
