Everything was incredibly professional and well-run. It’s rare if not unheard of to get this kind of customer service and delivery in this economy. Byron provided the inspection and estimate and coordinated with my insurance companies adjuster to walk him through all of his findings to ensure a successful claim. His crew showed up and literally worked a 14 hour day to get the job done before it rained the next day. I was particularly impressed by the extra netting around the house to protect my landscaping when they were doing removal. I also loved the digital renderings of our home with the different shingle color options to make sure we made the right selection. The crew finished up and came back the next day to be sure they got every nail and bit of trash in the lawn. I was so impressed I sent Byron’s info to several friends and my brother. Highly recommend him and his team for anyone looking for a roofing company.

I had a wonderful experience with Big Time Roofing. Byron knew exactly what to do with my insurance claim. He explained the process ,showed up when he was supposed to, answered my text or call everytime without fail. Roof looks great. I couldn't be happier. Professional all the way. Excellent job. Byron sent out a guy to do the skylights installation, which took a bit of time but was worth it. He explained what needed to be done and did it. The new skylights replacement are great and so clear, it’s as though you’re looking straight out the ceiling without the glass. I haven’t had a heavy rain yet, to really experience the drops on the glass. I also had my gutters replaced. The crew came out dismantled the old gutters and put in the new ones in a couple of hours, cleaned up the debris from the old ones and placed the tips back in the ground for the water to drain underground as before. Only problem was I wasn’t notified as to when each repair was going to take place. The crews just showed up without notice. Each crew needed access to my fenced in backyard. If I had a dog in the back, it wouldn’t have been good for the crew. But the services was very good and I would recommend them to others. I’ll recommend Big Time Roofing to call and let the customer know when they are coming out before just showing up.
