“A healthcare practitioner’s experience with Biagio and Josh.” My job in healthcare is extremely stressful — I deal with people’s lives every day. One of the few things that gives me control and instant endorphins is seeing my car clean and organized before jumping into chaos. 🩺 Biagio and Josh made that happen. They were upfront, honest, and did not overcharge — completely fair for the level of labor and attention to detail they put in. As a car guy, I know how much time and precision goes into true detailing. You’re not just paying for the service — you’re paying for their time, craftsmanship, and your own peace of mind when you see your car looking its best. One of my main concerns was swirl marks and oxidation on the paint (see picture) — that faded, rough look that kills the shine. Biagio carefully sanded and restored the roof (see picture), making it glossy again. He even helped me debadge the emblems for a cleaner, more aesthetic look (see picture) 🔥 He also picked me up in his VIP van with his crew since I didn’t have my car. We took pictures after and had good laughs — just solid people and good vibes all around. One thing I’ve learned in business: it’s easy to do business with people you like and believe in. Life’s too short — I do not count pennies, I count experiences and happiness. Some things money can’t buy — this was one of them.
