Such an amazing experience! The food pairing “Beyond the Blocks” tasting was delightful. Some of our favorite wines in the valley, small and family run operation (Ben the winemaker dropped in to talk for a bit). Learned a lot about the region and history and our tasting guide was a nice lady who basically raised the kids on the property many years ago. Chef Lauren was awesome as well, transforming all veggie ingredients into delicious and complex dishes.
