Best Western Premier Keizer/Salem Hotel

Good value room. The location was nice, had a pool and hot tub, they close at 10pm but nobody bothered us when we stayed past that time. Room was very nice and bed was comfy, breakfast was pretty good. Only negative is someone had their vehicle broken into overnight, although it was a soft top jeep and they left their luggage visible. Don't leave valuables in sight is a good rule anywhere.

Very good customer service. The hotel itself had a bad design with the first floor rooms Don't recommend staying on the first floor but other than that great location walking distance to literally anything you may need. Good food choices. Highly recommend this stay.

Clean and excellent hotel. Good for families and professional people. What distinguishes this hotel is its operation, especially its manager Mandy. She is smart, responsive, knows what she is doing and an great example for all hotels. Thank you for the great hospitality on behalf of my family. We will be back one day.
