I have to say I was pretty underwhelmed by my meal. The ceasar salad had so much dressing on it that it was all I could taste. I had the loaded potato soup as well and it was so rich I couldn't finish it. It wasn't a terrible meal but you can easily do better in Salem.

BLR has been serving a consistent menu for many years. The food and service is always good. I really like the salmon on the grill salad. The salmon has a great taste.

This is a good place for lunch. It's not usually busy and the servers are super nice and check up on you at the right interval. Prime rib here is wonderful!

To start the host was lost, I said 4 adults and two children she asked if everyone was over 18??? Then they came to seat us in a four person booth. I wouldn't normally have stopped if I was just driving by, but I took some elderly folks there and the staff was extremely kind and patient. I had a very good chicken salad.
