When we stated that there was something wrong with the salad, and we stated that there was something wrong with the bacon and the server stated there is nothing wrong with the bacon. The service was okay.
I loved their ice cream butterfinger sundae, and shakes!!! They also have bomb salads and appetizers! Service could be faster especially when no one is there!
Went here tonight for dinner and had a really good meal. Of course the complimentary rolls with honey butter were delicious, as usual. I ordered the chipotle chicken sandwich with sweet potato fries and really enjoyed the sandwich, although the fries came lukewarm, which was a disappointment. I had a taste of the loaded mashed potato
Great filet with mushrooms ! Fulfilled my carnivorous needs
So so. I had a burger and fries, but should have got something else. The burger was nothing special.
Pretty good Burger.. The Cajun Burger with Jalapenos and Bleu Cheesed Crumbles with Crispy Fries sounded just about right. The Big Patty was actually pink in the middle. Ordering it this way most places is no assurance of compliance. The Cheese was perfectly melted on top and was covered with Jalapenos heavily dusted with Cajun Sea
All Down Hill.... OK..., so it's been a while since we've ordered anything other than their burgers, but last night was a special occasion and I went all in on 20 oz medium rare prime, as I was assured that would be no problem. The result was a rather large blob of greyish/brownish meat that was obviously not a freshly sliced baked p
Good food, Expensive. We like the food here, but it's too pricey to visit often.
Huge disappointment!!!!. Sorry I wasted my money there! My husband took me here for my birthday and it was so bad neither of us could choke down the horrible excuse for a steak. The service was friendly, but when our waiter saw we had hardly touched our steaks he didn't care enough to ask if something was wrong with them. So lets tal
NOT BAD
This was a great place to have dinner. It was very kid friendly, lots of good food for a reasonable price, putt putt golf was fun and they have the BEST bread!
I decided to try BLR because my relatives made it sound great. Neither mine or my wife's meals were very impressive. I think their biggest set back is their bbq sauces. Watermelon sauce was different but I think there are many better options out there. Our service was also slow on this visit. I will try this place again in the future
Great Food & Service. This is a great place for a birthday or celebration; if you can get past the acoustics. We've dined here several times - certainly for consistently good food and a formula management employs to train wait staff to treat guests properly. Show up before the dinner rush and ask to be seated in the fireplace room.
Wow! Food was fantastic. Waitress very good on a busy Saturday. Haven't been that impressed in a long time. Only draw back was it was very loud! VERY loud.
Way too expensive. This place is just an ordinary restaurant like Applebees or Red Robin with very expensive prices. I see this place is always busy and I just don't understand why. The food is just mediocre nothing special. I would rather go to Outback.
We drive through Salem regularly and have been trying every nicer place we could find with reliably poor results. This is the first place I can give a positive review to. We had the filet, tritip salad and bangers and bites. The steak all was tender and tasted great. You get a full meal with salad and sides under $20. I didn't find i
Blah.. I didn't really like the atmosphere - it felt like I was at an Applebee's, only it's not a chain. My waitress was a spunky young girl who seemed nice enough, if a bit insincere. I ordered a veggie burger with sauteed mushrooms, but they served it with sauteed onions. It had taken forever to get the food since it was a particul
Not a 'greasy spoon' at all! The dinner rolls are Great! Cloth napkins...usually busy. The watermelon BBQ sauce is different, but I prefer the regular. Bar has several TV's. TriTip is always good. Pork Chops are huge, consider just one if eating alone.
Good family restaurant, kind of a 'greasy spoon' but with really good food and service. Plus there's mini golf if ur in the mood!

“The staff has always treated us well, and it's always a wonderful time going there for a family get-together or even an office party and playing some minigolf afterwards”
