Completely mystified by the popularity of this place. The food has been barely adequate the several times we've come. And there is always a wait to get in and it's really noisy.

I like the food. Huge portion sizes. The outdoor (yet enclosed) patio is great year around with a fun fireplace to sit by when it feels cold out.

Great Food & Service. This is a great place for a birthday or celebration; if you can get past the acoustics. We've dined here several times - certainly for consistently good food and a formula management employs to train wait staff to treat guests properly. Show up before the dinner rush and ask to be seated in the fireplace room.

Up until recently, I always got my face waxed at the Pringle Park Plaza hair design place. They did a good job but they always kept me waiting way past my appointment time and the general environment is pretty uncomfortable for your average everyday person who isn't wealthy.
