If you want something to eat in Salem that's not Mexican, Asian, or fastfood there are few alternatives. We eat here frequently and the food and service is always good.

Lunch here is enough for a whole day. The dinner rolls are super, servings are definitely generous. The staff are always friendly and efficient. Prices are very reasonable.

This is probably my favorite place to visit without leaving a tip. I've had some terrible service over the years, but this last time: purely "epic." Best happy hour in town! Great food specials and daily drink specials. Our favorite day is Thursday -- "half price martini day" --their menu martinis are always fantastic and go well with the food. Also very good for dinner, but we mostly go for happy hour -- great food that is very similar to their dinner selection but for cheap!

Excellent food and drink. The only downside was the slightly bland pasta side dish. The watermelon BBQ sauce was very good and added a lot to the burger, which was cooked just right. If I was going to be in the area again, I would definitely stop by.
