I reserved their property for Thursday-Sunday, to celebrate my 5th year anniversary. The original property I booked did not reach my expectations, for the hot tub malfunctions, lack of cable, & minor spiders/moths. I called Bennington the same day as check in and requested a fix. Since it was after hours I spoke to Christy at Bennington the next morning. She was considerate, empathetic, and reassuring that they would come up with a solution. Initially she offered to waive a fee and provided a nice credit for a future stay. I told her though that is nice and appreciated, however it wasn’t about the money. We worked out to se if there are any comparable properties that we can swap too. She did her research ensuring that the property met my specifications (working hot tub, cable, pretty property) within 3 hours of first direct conversation we were moved over and I am more than happy! To top it off the property company dropped off a bottle of wine and a card congratulating me and my wife on our anniversary which I didn’t ask for on a Saturday afternoon. Though it started rocky, Christy was a stud and went beyond to make this an incredible Anniversary. Thank you Christy, you were incredible. I will definitely be back in the future!

Even in 15 degrees, great stay!!! I call it "our cabin".. It's a quick walk to village and easy access to bike path to enjoy the rest of Sunriver! Thank you!

Great team. Super friendly and helpful. They've worked hard to cover all that may be needed for an easy stay, entry, and exit. All that could be desired at the home was covered. Definitely worth a vacation stay. There is plenty to do here, good food,, and even some shopping nearby. Thanks for a great stay. My only regret is that I didn't stay longer than a week.
