Benchmark Tax Group did an excellent job on our Texas Sales Tax audit. Every one of their representatives was knowledgeable and helpful. Our primary contact at Benchmark, Joe Quansah, did an outstanding job. He knew what he was doing and was very effective communicating and resolving any issues that came up during the audit. I couldn't be more pleased with Benchmark's and Joe's efforts, and also the results of the audit.

Benchmark took care of everything, it was alot of stress taken off of me. I would have given them 5 stars but the rep. that was taken care of my taxes was not really good at returning emails. I had to call to find out that I did not owe anything.

Keith has been doing our reviews for at least 16 years. About 8 months prior to last Benchmark review another tax firm spent about 4 hours reviewing our AP records and tax payments and concluded an audit would not be worth their effort. Eight months later Keith came and found a substantial number of overpayment resulting in a substantial refund to us. Keith and his team were thorough, efficient. professional and we hardly even knew they were here. They handled all of the correspondence and just needed a small place to work, access to records and a copier.
