In this workshop, we’ll explore how creativity can improve mental health and how it can be applied in our professional lives. We’ll start by introducing ourselves and discussing our current career goals and aspirations. Then, we’ll dive into the art of button making, which is a fun and creative way to express ourselves.

During the workshop, we’ll provide all the necessary materials and tools for creating your own custom buttons and can provide designs custom for your event. We’ll teach you the basics of button making and you’ll have the opportunity to create multiple buttons and express yourself creatively. We’ll also provide tips on how to incorporate creativity into your professional life, and how it can benefit your mental health.

The workshop will run for two hours, and we can accommodate up to 8 people per session at the Button Shoppe at $25/person (minimum of 4), or you can host at your location at a flat rate for unlimited people. We also offer discount rates for nonprofits and educators. All parties include all materials and tools necessary to create your own custom buttons.

By the end of the workshop, you’ll have gained valuable insights into the benefits of creativity for mental health and career development and get to know your coworkers better. You’ll also have a fun and unique souvenir to show off to your friends and loved ones.
