Well informed staff Emily was well versed in a verity of of authors. Enjoyed the store and all the purchases. Cafe staff were delightful. We enjoyed the Hot chocolate and sweet treats. We will return.

Halee the assistant manager is the sweetest soul on Earth. I had run into an issue with ordering a book and she worked with me to find the best outcome and was so patient and thorough with me the entire time. The best customer service I have ever received when working with a retail store. I would highly recommend checking this store out. They always have up to date selections and flawless customer service.
