We stopped to get snacks to take on vacation. There was an item on our receipt that wasn't something we purchased. Gwendolyn was able to refund the price back to my debit card. Very happy with the cashier, Gwendolyn, and the quick resolution.

The way Big Lots used to be about 30 years ago, with lots of actual, random closeouts and seconds. It's a hodgepodge but there are real deals. Checkout staff is excellent.
My fiance and I love this store. Always great deals. It's like a smorgasbord of junk you really don't need but you got to have just because it's so cheap
