I don’t even bank here. I was driving by about 10 in the morning on the 20th anniversary of 9/11. I noticed the flag was still at full mast. I called that branch notified some girl that was working there. She apologized and dropped what she was doing in a heartbeat to go lower the flag to half mast. I don’t even know what this bank is like. But I know I like people like that.
