Dr. Napier is our angel! She is caring, knowledgeable and really took time to get to know my daughter and I. So glad we selected this practice. We both look very forward to growing our relationship. She is very genuine, trustworthy and feels like a great friend already. I will say though, the paperwork representatives will contact you extremely often and will cancel your appointment if you do not have the paperwork submitted on their schedule. This has to be done way before the appointment and there is a lot! I'm sure it's a good thing to keep the business running smoothly and efficiently, but wanted to mention it for new patients. They will cancel your appointment, please pay close attention when they contact you. They did not mention this when I made the appointment. Overall, even though we're brand new...fantastic experience! Two enthusiastic thumbs up!

Dr. Natasha Bates was lovely and made our first meeting calming and comfortable. She provided honest feedback and answers to many questions/concerns we had. We are thankful we were referred to her and would easily refer anyone else looking. Hopefully this helps anyone scared or anxious to take the leap of faith and first steps forward.

We had our initial appointment today and I have never left a doctor’s office feeling as good as I did today. Gina and the doctor listened, addressed all my worries I have about my autistic daughter, and was extremely patient with us through the whole appointment. I have struggled to find a doctor who listens and shows genuine compassion and the willingness to actually help but I feel like I have finally found that. The hope I have now, after experiencing the wonderful care we received today, is more than I have ever had. I’m looking forward to continuing to build relationships with the staff at BanCaps.
