Ballo Realty Property Management

My experience with Ballo Realty Property Management Group has been great. I spoke with a several different property managements. Their level or professionalism, organization, and quality of service sold me on BRPM. John spent good amount of time going through the leasing process, all relevant information, and answering all of our questions. They have listed both of our properties and found a qualified tenant quickly. John and his team really made all smoothly and I highly recommend Ballo Realty Property Management group.

Initially I was a bit nervous buying and renting a property but the fact that Ballo Realty Property Management being local business with mass knowledge of real estate, rental market and property management made thing seamlessly easy. They have been managing my property over 2.5 years. John and his team is very professional, respectful, and detail oriented. They maintained an excellent level of communication while guiding us through the buying, repairing and leasing process. Any questions we had, John was ready to answer and provide additional information towards. I am very thankful for their assistance in finding, getting it rent ready, promoting and managing my property. I would highly recommend them to any of my friends and family.

I highly recommend John and Ballo Realty Property Management. John did a great job listing my home in Cary and we were under contract in a month.
