Bachmeier Property Management LLC

Woke up on a Sunday Morning and the furnace was not working. My call was immediately answered, again on a Sunday morning. They rounded up any space heaters they could find and drove them to us within minutes. Found out the furnace needed a new board and it was taken care of immediately. We have always experienced great customer service since renting with Bachmeier, but this was way above and beyond. Thank you too everyone at Bachmeier!

Been with them for almost a year and they are a great company. They're very receptive to maintenance requests! I had to submit an issue on a Sunday afternoon, and they were able to send someone to check it out the very next day. Bachmeier PM has a lot of great listings to choose from. I recommend them to everyone apartment hunting.

I just rented a place through Bachmeier and so far I could not be happier! They made the process so incredibly easy. I move completely across the country and they were able to help with someone being there to let in my delivery truck which saved a ton of headache!
