Incompetance at the Highest Level
Referred here by the primary care doctor. He suggested I go in person to set an appointment. (he knew there were issues) Entered office at 1pm. Lights on, doors unlocked, empty. No one there. Creepy if not disturbing, lack of security.
Phoned to make an appointment. A I scheduling would not make an appointment. Not even 8 months out.
Finally got a live person. Scheduled an appointment 2 weeks out. Gave insurance.
4 hours before the appointment, voice mail was left stating there was an issue with my insurance. I was to bring $300. If I cancelled, there would be a $50 cancel fee.
I left voice mail to cancel.
I will be curious if they send me a bill for $50.
Talk about INCOMPETENT BIZ.
RUN RUN RUN AWAY from this biz.
If you are not crazy before going, you will be after dealing with them !!!! LOL
