Absolutely the BEST medical care I’ve ever received in my life!!! I truly cannot say enough wonderful things about the Axis team. They are what every mental health care clinic should model themselves after! Chris, Sarah, and Ashley are simply phenomenal individuals who clearly enjoy doing what they do. I never feel rushed when I’m in the clinic and always leave feeling heard and understood. I am beyond grateful to have finally found a place where I am treated like a human being instead of a random patient being pushed through a giant “medical machine.” Thank you so much Axis Team! I appreciate the care you’ve provided me and my family more than you’ll ever know!!!

This is an amazing office with an amazing staff! I contacted this office when I was at the end of my rope. Chris and Sarah got me in the very next day. They were genuinely concerned about my well being and gave me hope when I had none. Chris Perez is a very caring, patient and understanding person. I never felt judged, but he made me feel like I was his only patient. I am forever grateful to have found such a caring practice.

When I search for a new provider, I look for a few things. 1. A provider who listens fully to the patient and adapts treatments to my specific needs. 2. A provider who takes the time to explain the treatment recommendations 3. A provider who will make adjustments to a treatment plan based on my preferences. Axis Integrated Mental Health is the gold standard for patients. Chris Perez has set up this practice to be dynamic and completely prioritize the patients. He takes the time to explain any and all treatments in as much depth as the patient is looking for. His knowledge and welcoming demeanor puts his patients at ease and gives them confidence that they will get the help that they need. After almost 15 years of trying to manage chronic pain, I had given up and accepted that my pain would never get better. Then Chris walked in and gave me my life back. I never thought I would wake up in the morning and say to my husband, “I feel good today.” I just thought that was no longer an option for me. That is my reality now. I feel good today! This is all due to Chris and his wonderful team and their focus on improving your physical and mental health all at the same time. I will never be able to thank Chris and his team enough.
