I stopped in to get a replacement headlight bulb for my car. Chris, one of the night managers, was great. He helped me find the one I needed for a good price, and recommended a good cleaner for the headlight covers that wasn't too expensive. He also came out and helped me figure out where the bulb was located in the engine so I could get it changed out. He was friendly, helpful, and efficient. He's a gem!

Thank you Ben!! I needed a new battery for my Chevy Equinox. Oreilly’s wouldn’t replace it because it wasn’t a simple swap. I found a YouTube video but it looked pretty complicated and I’m not good with cars. Store manager Ben was more than willing to help and confidently got my battery swapped out within 15 minutes. He walked me through the process and showed me how to do it so I know how to do it myself going forward. 5 star service!

Excellent customer service! I went in needing a turn signal light. When we searched the correct light for my make and model, it didn’t pull up in the system. That didn’t stop John!! He went and got my turn signal bulb out of my car and found the match inside AND installed the new one!!! John went above and beyond while being incredibly hospitable! This is one of many great experiences with this AutoZone!
