Business, is a tag difficult to find(otherwise I'd give it 5★'s). The owner/ operator is very responsive to voicemail and online contact. I do know he books by appointment, however I haven't not scheduled a time yet because of my somewhat ask over the place schedule.. Very friendly, and happy to answer any inquiries. Exactly what I would expect from a business offering services advertised. Another thing I appreciate is you can tell he genuinely enjoys what he does, which is rare nowadays. If you are local to Albany or nearby, and needing appraisals for private jewelry collection or even a loved ones estate, this is your man.
