Attic to Foundation, LLC

These guys scheduled us an inspection on pretty short notice (even worked with me slightly after closing because he was returning from another job). Stan was really thorough, and his report was clear enough for someone like me with little experience to read. Helped us decide that that house was going to require too much work, so we plan to use Attic to Foundation again soon!

I was in need of a home inspection last week for a home I am hoping to purchase. I was referred to Stan at Attic to Foundation and couldn’t be more pleased with his quality of work. He took his time throughout the inspection to clarify anything/everything of concern. I would highly recommend!

Stan Poss and his team were very responsive to our inquiries. He was even willing to give us advice prior to our home visit to get an idea of major problem items to look for. During the inspection, Stan and Joe were friendly, knowledgeable, and very thorough. They worked with us to identify areas of concern and their report helped us save a significant amount of money and time on our new home. I would recommend them for anyone looking for a home inspector in the greater Atlanta area.
