Had some issues with the AT&T app while ordering new phones and could not make any progress with the customer support after 2.5 hours. Called the store and spoke with Andrew who was friendly, professional, intellegent, and willing to help! Rare Find these days!!! Andrew helped me more in 5 minutes than all the other customer service reps at the AT&T Customer Service Call centers after 2.5 hours. If you need help go to this store and ask for Andrew. He is a rock star! AT&T you are lucky to have him on your team!
