I had Jada she was very amazing she was very kind and patient and has a great attitude. She is very helpful and she cares she make sure you feel comfortable and let you know everything as she does it. I would recommend her to anyone who has any problem with your mouth. Jada made my experience less scary and better .

Jada was very helpful from beginning to end. Things were crazy with things being changed and nobody knowing too much about it, but she filled me in made & sure I was comfortable while waiting for my aligners. She made me feel valued and important. She knew time was running longer than expected . I definitely recommend seeing her when y’all come to Aspen Dental.

I may not have very good insurance. But the price of the first visit was very $ high. $3251.00 . My company changed insurance about two years ago. The other insurance had all exams and Ex rays were paid for. My bill shows that my estimated payment is $1665. I will be checking with my insurance company ASAP. Maybe I will get a refund if it gets straightened out. The statement shows the insurance only paid $ 500 of the bill . The people working there were professional and explained things to me, they were very nice, however the cost was not mentioned until the end when I expected to pay a copay. I will post more information after I talk to my insurance company.

Very helpful respectful and courteous. Got me in same day for a broken tooth. They laid out a well rounded easy to understand plan for my whole mouth issues. Even breaking it down to today's visit, and next steps. Even offering payment plans, yet not pushing. The dentist was great made sure I was comfortable and explained everything before he actually did it. Definitely going back when this part heals and more funds available.

Today I had the pleasure of being assisted by Jada A. I was nervous but she worked quickly and efficiently and calmed my nerves with her kindness. She gave me information needed with a smile and a positive attitude. I would recommend Aspen Dental and will also recommend Jaden A, although all of the staff was kind Jaden A went above and beyond.
