Ashley is an incredibly responsive and professional realtor. We worked together this fall to find exactly what I wanted in a home (which is NOT easy to do). She's naturally curious and spends time with you to understand what's important and what's not when it comes to what you (the customer) is looking for. Even though early on I saw the house I would eventually purchase, Ashley continued to find and show me other homes for comparison-- so when I went back to the first one, I knew it was the right one. She also walks you through the whole process, from understanding the market to all of the details of the purchase negotiation. She gets the best inspection folks to make sure you know what that house might need, and she questions the seller's representative for any doubts you might have. From your initial meeting with Ashely, she's really on your team and doesn't want to "just sell" you a house. She wants to make sure you find something that is right for you; her deep knowledge of the market allows her to describe neighborhood features and benefits (and even oddities) so you can feel like you understand what you are choosing when you make your final selection. Ashley was recommended to me by a local Salem person and they could not have been more right about her. I would recommend her skills, her good nature, her insight, and her patience to anyone looking to find just the right new (to you) home in a way that feels like a partnership throughout.
