Ashley is a great agent, and an amazing human being. She really strives to make sure you are taken care of and does a superb job in guiding you through the process. She is very pleasant, communicative, and goes the extra mile to make sure you understand each step, and paper you're signing. If you want to have an agent that has your back, and best interests in mind, go with Ashley.
We so enjoyed working with Ashley when buying our first home! She advocated for our needs, wants, and concerns and did not make us feel any pressure when searching for our home. If you want someone in your corner who earnestly wants you to be happy with your home- she's your girl!
Ashley did an outstanding job with helping us buy a house. She responded to every call/text and email even on the weekends. She made sure that we knew everything that was happening with our purchase.
Ashley is an incredibly responsive and professional realtor. We worked together this fall to find exactly what I wanted in a home (which is NOT easy to do). She's naturally curious and spends time with you to understand what's important and what's not when it comes to what you (the customer) is looking for. Even though early on I saw the house I would eventually purchase, Ashley continued to find and show me other homes for comparison-- so when I went back to the first one, I knew it was the right one. She also walks you through the whole process, from understanding the market to all of the details of the purchase negotiation. She gets the best inspection folks to make sure you know what that house might need, and she questions the seller's representative for any doubts you might have. From your initial meeting with Ashely, she's really on your team and doesn't want to "just sell" you a house. She wants to make sure you find something that is right for you; her deep knowledge of the market allows her to describe neighborhood features and benefits (and even oddities) so you can feel like you understand what you are choosing when you make your final selection. Ashley was recommended to me by a local Salem person and they could not have been more right about her. I would recommend her skills, her good nature, her insight, and her patience to anyone looking to find just the right new (to you) home in a way that feels like a partnership throughout.
Ashley did a phenomenal job, she is an absolute gem to work with. From her responsiveness and willingness to try to answer any and all questions I had. To her local knowledge on the areas as well as the community. The way in which she conducts herself is down to Earth and professional. She's light hearted and funny, Dedicated and a Strong sense for negotiation. She makes sure not to give all her cards away. Ashley was a vital part of my team and buying this house would not have been possible without her on board. I am so lucky to have been connected with this amazing realtor. She understands what it's like to move out here, and understands hopes, dreams, and is truly focused on the client and not what makes the most money. She is simply worth connecting with, to buy or to sell, My go to will always be Ashley Contreras.
