Overall service was great. The initial consultation was very professional and the sales manager (Richard) was very polite and knowledgeable. Once the work began they finished our backyard within a couple days. Very happy with the price and the work completed. They made our small backyard feel large and functional. Would definitely recommend Artificial grass masters!!
Update: The owner reached out to me and setup a time to come out and listened to our concerns. He explained the lines and how the section needed to be cut in half. I appreciated him owning the issue and he wants to make sure expectations are set correctly going forward. He guaranteed the installation and offered to handle any further issues I might have. Overall we are happy that we can use our backyard now and our dogs love running around like it's a dog park. Absolutely horrendous experience with the project manager. His promises were nothing but empty words. I wasted a vacation day for a no-show installation, only to discover they'd ordered the wrong pavers! As if that wasn't enough, they didn't even order enough sand. I was told this would be a 1 day installation. It ended up being 3 if you count the no show day. Very unprofessional and lacking a client first experience. There was no ownership taken by the PM. For the amount of $ invested in this project, you would expect better. However, the crew who did the actual work were fantastic. They were professional and courteous. At first the turf seemed to be installed correctly, but now we can see all the seams and there should have been 3 sections of turf, but they patched in a section that is obvious to anyone just looking at it.
