Awesome company. From start to finish. Scheduling was easy. They were able to schedule me in the next day. Korey arrived on time. He assessed the problem with my furnace. Had the part on hand. And had my heat back on in less than an hour. Korey was very profession and thorough. I will definitely keep Arthur’s Air Conditioning & Heating for all my future calls when it comes to my system. Overall our experience with Arthur's turned a catastrophe into a resolved issue with very little anxiety, discomfort and chaos. We called, they came right out and assessed our HVAC and we clearly needed a replacement unit. The salesman came right out and discussed everything thoroughly, and we decided to go with Arthur's for our replacement because we really liked the workmanship of the reps we had seen so far, and the price was very competitive. We received 4 requests for reviews that day while the salesman was providing information, had not even completed the visit yet! The next day, the installation crew arrived first thing. The install was finished before 3 PM - professional installation crew arrived on time, took care of business, cleaned up thoroughly. The wife and I were very pleased with the crew and are quite happy with the product we purchased. The only problem I have with this company are the continuous demands for reviews, over and over and over again. I HATE THAT. I was going to leave a great review for this business because they deserve it for the work they have done, but I despise businesses that pressure their customers over and over for reviews. So instead of 5 stars they get 4. They need a different procedure to ask for a review, otherwise I would be completely happy right now instead of somewhat happy and also annoyed.
