Called Author’s Roofing at 9am on behalf of my 84 year old Mother. She has a hole in her home’s soffit that has allowed a squirrel to set up residence. The squirrel has already chewed through two phone wires and running wild in the attic. The person who answered the phone was very nice and said that she could have someone at her house by noon-1pm on the same day. This was the answer my Mother was looking for as she lives by herself and pest control said they can’t catch squirrel until hole is fixed. Person came out at specific time, looked around the house and left. No updates, no time frame, nothing. I waited until 4pm to call the office. Person who answered was not sure what happened but would check. Staff calls at 5:26pm to let me know that they would not be able to get to her house until late next week, and no estimate. Might be best to let potential customers know this (not really going to fix issue on the same day) before agreeing to have you all come out. This has now wasted another day.

The manager is a real gentleman met him for a consultation he was very easy to work with he even came to see me after my lunchtime tennis match with Robby I treated him to a ceviche at the cabana the work they did was incredible would recommend.
