After a welcoming and professional evaluation, Kathleen knew exactly what my body, soul and mind needed. Each time I visit, I can count on leaving with a relaxed spirit and body. My husband and I were struggling with infertility, and Kathleen made it a priority to get us in to see her - even if her schedule was full. At Artemesia Acupuncture kindness radiates from each employee. I began going to Artemesia for knee pain and Tara Bissell helped me tremendously. She listened to how the pain began and what treatments I had sought already and has done an awesome job of helping me heal. In only a few treatments my knee was so much better. I love the treatments at Artemesia Acupuncture and I always leave there feeling so healthy and relaxed.

Very professional but welcoming. I went in for a knee injury (sprained MCL) that hasn't improved after over a year of traditional western medicine treatment. (Was basically told I'd have to live with it.) After two acupuncture visits I can tell a difference in the level of pain and swelling. I understand that long-term healing is a process and plan to go back for more treatment on a regular basis. Tara, my acupuncturist, is very knowledgeable, skilled, helpful, and warm.
