Archadeck of Raleigh Durham

Truly the best from start to finish! We loved working with Archadeck and we are thrilled with the finished product. Archadeck was extremely helpful and detail-oriented throughout every step of the process. We especially liked working with Joseph to design our outdoor living space. He worked designed exactly what we wanted and brought us some screened-in porch warming gifts once the project was completed to thank us for our business. We wholeheartedly recommend them!

I really don’t know where to begin because I enjoyed every step, from my first meeting with Joseph to the closing meeting with Michael! Everyone on this team is warm, friendly, possess excellent people skills and understand how daily follow up is absolutely necessary for quality customer service. Not only does Archadeck hire excellent people, the materials they use are top grade and it’s very obvious that the sub contractors are well seasoned and knowledgeable in their craft. We had a refresh done on our 16 yr old porch and I can say that my vision came true with Archadeck! I would highly recommend this company if you want a happy ending to your story….with no regrets! I’m including a few pictures even though we have not had the wood stained yet….cheers!

There are very few companies that truly exceed your expectations, but Archadeck did exactly that. We absolutely love our new 3-season porch and genuinely couldn’t be happier with the entire experience. From our very first meeting through the final walkthrough, everyone at Archadeck was professional, knowledgeable, responsive, and a pleasure to work with. Every question or concern we had was addressed promptly, and we always felt like we were in good hands. One of the things we appreciated most was their incredible support navigating our HOA approval process and coordinating with the town of Apex permit office. They handled the details with expertise and made what could have been a stressful process feel effortless. The construction crew was outstanding. They were professional, efficient, respectful of our home, and remarkably clean throughout the entire project. Their attention to detail and pride in their craftsmanship were evident every single day. The finished porch is everything we had hoped for and more. The quality is exceptional, and it blends so beautifully with our home that it truly looks like it was part of the original design. Friends and family have commented that it looks like it has always been there—which is one of the highest compliments we could imagine. More than anything, this porch has transformed how we enjoy our home. It has given us a beautiful space to relax, entertain, and enjoy every season, and we know it has also added lasting value to our home. We are incredibly grateful to the entire Archadeck team for making our vision a reality. We would recommend them without hesitation to anyone considering a project like this and would be more than happy to serve as a referral. Thank you for creating a space that our family will enjoy for many years to come!
