When we first started our in-ground pool journey, we didn’t know exactly what we wanted, but had some ideas of the elements that were important to us. We received quotes from several companies, but we never got that “right” feel until we talked to Aquatic Design. They are professional, real, and customer focused. They helped us design our pool by giving us some great ideas, they were fair on pricing, and kept us updated during the entire process. They had some great contractors along the way that obviously knew what they were doing. Greg and Stephan kept us updated throughout the construction process on what to expect at each step and were candid if there were delays. Realistically, there are always delays in this world whether due to weather or supplier issues. Despite a few delays due to rain and material unavailability, we still had a completed pool in just a few weeks! How they did it, I don’t know. Greg and Stephan did a fantastic job, and we are very happy with the beautiful craftsmanship of our gorgeous pool. I have recommended Aquatic Design to several friends, including a general contractor friend, who was very happy with his outcome. Greg and Stephan thank you for valuing your customers and the relationships you build along the way. That is what makes you stand out!
