Our house got flooded due to a leak in the R.O. under the sink. We woke up in a Saturday morning and there was water all over the house…. a total nightmare. Not knowing who to call we look online and found AquaSafe which had five-star review. My husband called Matthew and he came within two hours. He wore head to toe PPE due to the COVID 19 pandemic. He detailed explained the process, once we got on board he started taking pictures and all the information needed for the insurance. The same day he brought the equipment to start drying the house. It was a long process to dry the house, it took a little over 4 weeks to get the house dry. However, Matthew and his team always accommodate our needs during the stressful process. He always kept us in the loop providing accurate updates daily. They helped us move out of our house, and they were careful moving our belongings. We are thankful for having AquaSafe taking care of us during this stressful process and even followed up with us during the post renovation. I hope we never need their services again but if anyone goes through a similar situation do not hesitate to give them a call. Matthew and his team will take great care of you.
