Appliances 4 Less

My wife and I recently visited Appliances 4 Less for a fridge, and I have to say, I was thoroughly impressed by the quality of service and appliances they offer. From the moment I walked in, I was greeted by friendly and knowledgeable staff who were eager to assist me. What stood out to me was their wide selection of fridges. The store layout was excellent, the displays were well-organized, allowing me to compare various models and brands side by side. We had to visit the store several times because we were unsure which one to get. The staff was incredibly helpful in guiding me through the features and specifications of different appliances, making sure I understood the benefits of each model. They were so patient with us and provided valuable insights to help me make an informed decision, although we bugged them with so many questions and visits. Furthermore, the store's commitment to customer satisfaction was evident in their willingness to accommodate special requests and their flexible delivery options. The delivery team was prompt, professional, and took great care in setting up and installing the appliances. I was pleasantly surprised by the competitive pricing. The variety in price points ensures that customers with different budgets can find what they need without compromising on quality. Despite the wide range of high-quality products, the prices were very reasonable, and I felt like I was getting excellent value for my money. In summary, Appliances 4 Less in Lexington is the best appliance store that excels in customer service, product variety, and affordability. I would highly recommend it to anyone in need of household appliances. This store has certainly earned a loyal customer in me!

I am going to start with the welcoming environment this place is. I was greeted with a warmth smile. The lady took her time to answer my questions and concerns and would reach out to her husband on for further explanation. They are very wonderful, courteous, and willing to work with you. I needed to buy both dryer and washer but was a little bit tight on finance. I purchased one and asked for the dryer to be placed on hold for a monthly payment. I returned two weeks later to find that they still held that for me regardless of the many customers that visit the place. They did me a favor by installing and delivering at no charges. The most matter I like about them is how they go above and beyond to fulfill their customer satisfaction. There is lot to say about them.. don't hesitate to swing by and make it a favorite place to go. Very wonderful people I should say again. I am so happy I crossed their path. PS: they also gave me cables at no charge

I am a licensed realtor and manage a bunch of rental properties. Was looking to replace a few appliances for my clients. One of my connections referred me to this new store in Lexington. The appliances are said to be open box and scratch/dent. Many of the them are with unnoticeable or even free of dent, and they look perfectly fine to me. Picked a dishwasher and a range oven with a great deal. They offered me free delivery and 1 year warranty, for each. They charge for installation, and tested for proper function thereafter. They revisited to fix my air gap leaking issue without a charge even that has nothing to do with the function of the dishwasher. The two appliances were hooked up in February, no complains from my client for the past three months and they are both pretty happy about the fancy and quality products and their service. I would definitely recommend to check it out when in need of appliances.
