Andy was an amazing realtor! I felt the marketing was excellent and my home was on the market for only a week! Got above asking because of multiple offers with minimal concessions. I am beyond pleased with what he did in such a short amount time! I wish I could I have used him to purchase my new home, but it was out of state, and he still hooked me up with an amazing realtor who knew the local market and got me a great deal as well! 10/10 would recommend!

We bought our first home with Andy Arthur, and it was a smooth, stress-free process. Andy knows what he is doing and is great at it. He's professional, friendly, and has great communication. He is very responsive via text or phone call. You can trust Andy and let him do his thing. Here and then, he still checked in with us and updated us on information about the housing market.
