Andy made my first home buying experience exceptionally easy and stress free. He demonstrated his knowledge and experience throughout the entire process so I really didn't have to do much. He was patient and answered all of my questions thoroughly so I had a complete understanding of every step. Also, he utilized modern document signing software and explained all of the financial aspects so I had the reassurance of knowing exactly how much I would pay for a mortgage, down payment, and credits which gave me the comfort of knowing that I could afford everything I was asking for. Now, I own my first home and I couldn't be happier. I'm so proud that Andy's expertise helped me take ownership of my first house; and, I have told all of my family and friends to reach out to Andy Arthur for their home buying needs. He even gives free advice to my friends that want to begin the home buying process. I will continue to recommend Andy to all of my peers that want to make the best decision of their lives. Thanks again Andy!

Andy was an amazing realtor! I felt the marketing was excellent and my home was on the market for only a week! Got above asking because of multiple offers with minimal concessions. I am beyond pleased with what he did in such a short amount time! I wish I could I have used him to purchase my new home, but it was out of state, and he still hooked me up with an amazing realtor who knew the local market and got me a great deal as well! 10/10 would recommend!

We bought our first home with Andy Arthur, and it was a smooth, stress-free process. Andy knows what he is doing and is great at it. He's professional, friendly, and has great communication. He is very responsive via text or phone call. You can trust Andy and let him do his thing. Here and then, he still checked in with us and updated us on information about the housing market. Great guy, and I 100% recommend Andy. I am definitely going to sell and buy my next house via Andy Arthur.

I’ve bought and sold four homes and Andy Arthur was by far the best agent experience from the speed at which he helped me get listed (and sold) to the quality of marketing, and overall communication. I recommend Andy for all your real estate needs and would jump at the chance to work with him again! But for now I’m enjoying a vacation on the proceeds of our transaction 😎

Andy was so friendly and helpful, we will be recommending him to anyone who is looking a realtor! We were on a very short time line and because we lived over five hours away we could only make time to come look at houses for one weekend. He made time to help us see as many homes as we could in our two days. He even helped us with questions on the home we were selling in the Medford area when we could not get the answers from our selling agent. Andy is FANTASTIC 10/10 recommend!
