My husband and I just bought our first home, Theresa was our realtor. She is seriously awesome! During the house hunting phase she really made her schedule work with ours and coached us on putting in an offer that was in our means but also stood out to the sellers. Once we bought our home her and her team really put in the effort with coordinating with listing agent on getting what needed to be done before the home closed and it was officially ours. Theresa was incredible to work with! My husband and I are first time homebuyers and the home buying process was intimidating.
