We looked for a selling agent for a long time. Amy was not the first area realtor we considered, but after talking with Amy, we knew right away she was the perfect fit. We wanted an agent who was (1) communicative; (2) accessible; (3) knowledgeable; (4) a trusted advisor; and (5) someone willing to go to batt for us. Amy was all these things and more. She knew how to market our unique, old house, and we had a solid offer in two days after listing. Her follow through on issues was great. We felt heard and listened too. Amy was very professional but yet it felt like she was an old family friend throughout our entire selling and moving process. AND she was always available!
