Amsden Realty, LLC

Absolutely the BEST Realtor anyone can hire. Arnie and his team go above and beyond helping you find your dream Home and makes the purchasing process easy and streamline. He will advocate for your wishes, he’s always on your side. High recommend him to all my family members and friends.

I’ve worked with Arnie and Melanie on two separate occasions. The first was hiring them to handle a rental I owned. They were able to find me good tenants and managed the property honestly and professionally. My second experience was in the sale of the rental a few years later. Due to unforeseen circumstances, I needed to sell the property quickly and Arnie was able to get the job done. He communicated every step of the way, and went above and beyond my expectations in making sure the occupying tenants were taken care of as well. If you’re looking for an honest, hard-working realtor who knows the business well, Arnie will not disappoint.

I have had the pleasure to work with Arnie Amsden on several occasions and have found him to be a very knowledgeable, ethical and honest realtor. He always has his customers best interests at heart and will go the extra mile to make things happen for them!
