Jordan was very detailed in diagnosing the exact problem on my Irrigation system. I only needed one part that cost $8. within about an hour he has my whole system back operating again and even set my clock up to water in the future. They could have easily sold me total replacement of the bad valves, however, Honesty is their policy.
