American Hero was 1 of a few companies recommended to me for the rental I just moved in to. The carpets were horrendous, the stains (mostly pet) were so set in that my carpet cleaner didn't make a difference. They still felt grimy and looked horrible and stunk after I went tried to clean them. American Hero gave a quote via FB messenger & then did an in-home official quote that was pretty close to what he quoted online. They were the best price and they were able to come a few days later. We left a few big pieces of furniture on the carpet but moved everything else. They moved some of the furniture we had to leave and cleaned around them. My dining room was 1 of the worst rooms, looked like mold along the edge of one wall... That was gone when I got home after American Hero Carpet Cleaning was there. They got almost all the stains out of all the rooms, the carpets look, feel and smell 1000 times better! (Wish I had before and after pics so you can see the improvement).
