American Chimney & Masonry

Randy and Shane did an excellent job installing a new burner and remote control to our gas logs, which were purchased and installed by American Chimney & Masonary a few years ago. They were friendly, professional and provided great service from start to finish. We always enjoy working with this company

This review is for the outstanding work performed by American Chimney & Masonry who provided the Vermont Castings Wood stove as well as the installation, B&D Enterprise Services LLC who performed the drywall reconstruction and painting and Raymond McCormick who did the brickwork. We started out with a natural gas guzzling wood stove from 2004 which can be viewed in Photo #1 and with natural gas prices at all time highs decided to convert to an efficient wood burning stove. After calling over a dozen local construction companies I did the tear out myself as you can see in Photo #2. I really wasn't sure I was going to be able to find anyone to do the reconstruction until I found B&D Enterprise Services who did an excellent job. The result was simply outstanding as you can see in Photo #3. The stove is super efficient, the installation excellent and the reconstruction superb. Can't say enough good about these companies. We've already tried out the stove and I suspect will be using very little natural gas this winter.

Randy and his crew did a beautiful job replacing an old fireplace with a new electric fireplace. They also replaced the fireplace facing wall and prepares the hearth for a new granite hearth. They were professional, friendly and provided great service from start to finish.
