Altitude Eye Care at Southlands

I have never been to a Lens Crafters before and was a little skeptical but I am so happy that I tried this office. One of the ladies up front, can't remember her name, was super sweet and fixed my glasses after my 3 year old had kicked me in the face!!! All the receptionists on the contact lenses side were super sweet and helpful. Dr. Chad was just awesome. Felt like I was in there with my best friend and not a new doctor. Just thank you all for a great experience.

Dr. Kristen Nicholson is the best. I have been going to her for over 10 years. She is always very thorough and patient and answers all my questions. I have Diabetes and she always take a complete medical history on my diabetes management. The office staff is very helpful and friendly. I would recommend this office to anyone who needs an eye doctor.

The office was able to accommodate my need for an eye exam immediately. Dr. Kristen Nicholson was extremely knowledgeable. She noticed something out of the ordinary upon inspection of my retina without the scan. She then ordered the scan and confirmed what she saw. She is referring me to Kaiser, my med insurance company, for a second opinion. I was referred years ago by a neighbor and I finally connected with them. Very glad I did.
